New reduced rates for 2010!

Rates are for a three hour minimum charter with boarding and disembarking at Schoonmaker Point Marina in Sausalito. For charters of more than 3 hours special discounts may apply.

If you would prefer your voyage to begin and end at a marina in San Francisco, there will be a remote fee charged equivalent to one additional charter hour to cover crew costs and dockage fees. For remote locations other than SF please contact us for a quote.

Monday - Friday charters $425/hr
Weekend charters - $450/hr

Self-catering/clean-up fee $150

• Some examples of special event days are Fleet Week, KFOG KaBoom fireworks, 4th of July, and other holiday celebrations. Call for price quotes.

• GAS LIGHT works with a variety of caterers. If you would like us to arrange catering for you, then let us know your preferences and we will take care of the arrangements for you.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
• Full payment must be received 14 days in advance of date of charter.

• Deposit is non-refundable for a cancellation received two weeks or less prior to the charter date.
• If a cancellation is received with more than 2 weeks notice, then the deposit will be returned less a $100 administration fee.

• If the GAS LIGHT captain and management decide it is safe to sail and the Charter Party wants to cancel, the above cancellation terms apply.
• If there is a mutual decision to cancel, the preferred option is to reschedule, otherwise, any monies paid will be returned less a $100 administration fee.

• GAS LIGHT has access to a range of people, including naturalists, experts on the history of San Francisco Bay, and expert sail trainers, who can be available, by special arrangement, to enhance programs.
